What is the extract of Ganoderma lucidum
Ganoderma lucidum extract (also known as Ganoderma lucidum refined powder) is harvested when appropriate for mature fresh fruiting bodies, which are dried and then processed by hot-water maceration (or alcohol extraction), vacuum concentration, spray drying, etc., to obtain a Ganoderma lucidum infusion powder, which is concentrated to a higher degree than Ganoderma lucidum powder to produce Ganoderma serum.
Principal components
Ganoderma lucidum extract was extracted by fermentation by the ganoderma process, and the main components, Ganoderma triterpenoids and polysaccharides from Ganoderma lucidum, were extracted.
What is g. lucidum polysaccharide
Polysaccharides from Ganoderma lucidum are the most intensively studied class of compounds in addition to triterpenes. Studies of G. lucidum polysaccharides in the 1970s focused on the isolation, preparation and pharmacological effects of polysaccharide and polysaccharide complex fractions, and by the 1980s and 1990s they focused on the structure of G. lucidum polysaccharides and polysaccharide complexes and their relationship to function.
More than 200 polysaccharide bodies have been isolated from Ganoderma lucidum at home and abroad, and most of them contain other monosaccharides including arabinose, xylose, galactose, fucose, mannose in addition to glucose. Among the 18 polysaccharides of Ganoderma lucidum that have been assayed in China, there are 5 peptidoglycans, 4 glucans, and the rest are heteropolysaccharides. According to foreign literature: of more than 100 g. lucidum polysaccharides isolated from G. lucidum, G. lucidum, G. lucidum and several other species of other fungi of the genus ganoderma, four polysaccharides with strong antitumor activity are all peptide polysaccharides. It has been studied that Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides have more glycosidic linkages in their structure, which may be responsible for making them strongly pharmacologically active.
G. lucidum polysaccharides compounds are important physiologically active components contained in G. lucidum and have received significant attention from medical and technological workers, which can inhibit the unlimited and rapid dividing ability of tumor cells, and have been used as one of the drugs to treat tumors. It has now been demonstrated that polysaccharides from Ganoderma lucidum also improve body immunity, improve body hypoxia tolerance, hypoglycemic effect, hypolipidemic effect, anti radiation and anti-aging effects.
Uses of Polysaccharides from Ganoderma lucidum
In recent years, with the development and research of Ganoderma lucidum, there has been a new understanding of the special medicinal value of Ganoderma polysaccharides. The analysis and pharmacological study of the active components of Ganoderma lucidum have also attracted international attention, especially in Japan, the United States, Korea, and other countries.
Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide is an active ingredient extracted from Ganoderma Lucidum with remarkable efficacy and great health care value, and it can be used as a raw material for various types of health products, functional foods, and beverages, such as capsules, tablets, and punches of Ganoderma lucidum.
