Raw material introduction
Lettuce belongs to Chlorophyta, Ulva, Ulva, Ulva. Also known as Ulva lactuca, seaweed, sea lettuce, green vegetables, moss, and fiber cloth, they are common seaweeds. It lives in the coastal intertidal zone and grows on the rocks in the middle and low tidal zones of the bay. The East China Sea and the South China Sea are distributed more than the Yellow Sea and the Bohai Sea.
The dried Ulva lactuca contains 11.5 grams of water, 3.6 grams of protein, 6.69 grams of crude fiber per hundred grams, as well as vitamins, organic acids, minerals, ergosterol and other ingredients.
pharmacological action
The supplement of sea lettuce extract can coagulate the papain treated human red blood cells, which can be inhibited by L-fucose and ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA), but is insensitive to heat. It can still remain active at 60 ℃, but low Ph will inactivate it. It has different agglutination intensity to different blood types, with the strongest type O, followed by B>A>AB. When Ulva pertusa was added to the fish feed, the total lipoprotein of Acanthopagrus, which can be named as the sun fish, increased from 57% to 67.6%. Adenosine extracted from Ulva pertusa has negative inotropic effect, and its effect on weakening myocardial contraction is not affected by β- Blockers propranolol and α- Because of the influence of the blocker phentolamine, it is believed that its inhibition on the myocardium is not produced through adrenergic receptors.
Composition of sea lettuce extract supplement
Due to the ever-changing marine environment and conditions, seaweeds will encounter various biotic and abiotic stresses, such as the feeding of phytophagous animals, the impact of temperature and humidity, etc. In order to deal with these risks, they have formed a strong defense system and produced a variety of secondary metabolites. Most of these secondary metabolites have physiological effects and become potential ingredients that can be used in food, cosmetics and drugs.
Phenolic compounds in sea lettuce extract supplements are all based on phloroglucinol as the basic structural unit. However, due to the influence of seaweed species, geographical location, growth environment and seasonal factors, phloroglucinol has different quantities and connection methods, so it forms a complex and diverse seaweed polyphenol compound. At present, most of the relevant research reports on the composition analysis of sea lettuce extract supplements are phenolic acids and flavonoids.
