What is maitake mushroom?

Grifola frondosa is also known as polyporus, chestnut mill and Japanese dance mill are produced in Guizhou, North America and some European countries. Grifolan contains a large amount of grifolan: α- D-glucan and β- D-glucan to β- Mainly D-glucan, such as MT-2, whose side chain is β- (1 → 6), the main chain is β- (1 → 3) glucan, MT-1 side chain is β- (1 → 3), the main chain is β- (1 → 6) glucan, etc. The glucan in the fruiting body of Chemicalbook Grifola frondosa exists in the cell wall, and most of them are β- (1 → 3) - and β- (1 → 6) -, the middle part is mostly β- (1 → 6) - glucan, with side chain inside β- (1 → 6) - and β- (1 → 3) - glucan. Preparation method

1. The production process of water extract is to cut up the original medicinal materials, put 400kg medicinal materials into the extraction tank (6M3), add 12 times the amount of water for the first time, heat and reflux for 1 hour. Add 8 times of water for the second time, heat and reflow for 1 hour. The extracted solution is centrifuged by a two-stage centrifuge after passing through a pipe filter. The centrifuged solution is reduced in pressure and concentrated to a thick paste. 95% ethanol is added, filtered, and the precipitate is vacuum dried. 2. In the production process of alkaline extract, the original medicinal materials are cut into pieces, added with 1NNaOH solution, stirred at 70 ℃ for three times, and extracted for two hours each time. The extracts are combined, centrifuged, centrifuged. The centrifuged solution is concentrated to a thick paste by reducing pressure. 95% ethanol is added for precipitation, centrifuged, washed with ethanol, and vacuum dried. The content of this process product is 16%~18% by phenol sulfuric acid method.
